The National Environment Service (NES) congratulates Vavia Tangatataia, Manager of our Environmental Compliance Department, for successfully completing a postgraduate certificate in Environmental Management & Sustainability through the University of Newcastle, Australia.
This achievement reflects NES’s ongoing commitment to professional development, capacity building, and strengthening technical capability within the Environmental Compliance division and across the Service.
Vavia’s academic journey continues as he prepares to enrol in the Master of Environmental Management and Sustainability, a step forward in advancing local expertise and building resilient, well-informed environmental leadership across the Cook Islands.
