We welcome any complaints or feedback to improve NES’s services to the public. Your complaints or feedback should relate to our main services.
We will acknowledge your complaint or feedback within 2 working days. Any substantive response will require up to 20 working days, however will be outlined when we acknowledge your complaint or feedback lodged.
Withholding your details
Your details may be required to fulfill our investigations especially when it involves multiple staff and agencies. If you wish to remain anonymous, please note that it may limit the ability to conduct an extensive investigation.
